ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS shipped outside the U.S. are NON-RETURNABLE.

For orders shipped within the US - A Return Authorization (RA) is REQUIRED for all returns:

Merchandise purchased from the site can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date received. The returned package must be shipped out and in transit within the 14 days. Merchandise must have the original, blue identification tags attached to the returned item.

To request the RA, email Customer Service at [email protected] A UPS return label and RA number will then be issued via email. All return shipments must have a RA number on the outside of the box, or they will be refused delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and the cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. If any request stated above is not met, the items will be shipped directly back to the customer.

Please package all returns carefully, with bubble wrap or similar, to ensure safe transport.  We are not responsible for any damages due to incorrect packaging while in transit.

To make an exchange, please follow the return guidelines above to receive a refund, and then place a new order online.
